Booking & Deposits • A $50 non-refundable deposit is required for non Cranial Prosthesis services at the time of booking to secure your appointment. • NO PRE-PAID CARDS ALLOWED ON FILE (CASH-APP, VENMO, etc) • Card must be linked to an active bank or credit union. • Credit Cards are accepted as well Late, No-Show & Cancellations • There’s a 10-minute grace period. After 10 minutes, a $30 late fee applies. After 15 minutes, the appointment may be canceled. • No call/no show appointments will be charged the remaining balance and will be banned from future bookings. • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before service will be charged 50% of the service cost. • Appointments must be rescheduled or canceled at least 48 hours in advance to transfer the deposit. Only one transfer is allowed—after that, a new deposit is required. Service Policies • All services include a shampoo and blow dry. • For wig installs, wigs must be dropped off 48 to 72 hours before the appointment. • No detangling will be done at your appointment. If detangling is needed, a $50 fee will be added. • Recommended hair for quick weaves: • Pearlish • Pink Lemon • First Indi-Remy Guests & Children • No extra guests allowed!!! Payments • Cash, credit or debit card • Zelle is accepted: 313-482-6191 • Afterpay & Klarna available as well. Squeeze-In Appointments • Squeeze-in appointments are accepted and will include a $75 upcharge fee.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations are charged 50% of service cost. All no call no show appointments will be charged the full service price and banned from booking future appointments.
