Booking & Deposits • A $20 non-refundable deposit is required for all services at the time of booking to secure your appointment. • Appointments must be rescheduled or canceled at least 48 hours in advance to transfer the deposit. Only one transfer is allowed—after that, a new deposit is required. ⸻ Payment Options Afterpay, Klarna, and Affirm are available for all services and products—yes, even that luxe bundle you’ve been eyeing. 😏 If you’re using a Buy Now, Pay Later option, your full balance must be paid at the time of your appointment to ensure your service can be completed. No exceptions—this protects both you and me🤝🏾 🚨Please note: A non-refundable deposit is still required to secure your spot. Service Policies • All services include a shampoo and blow dry. • For wig installs, wigs must be dropped off 48 to 72 hours before the appointment. • No detangling will be done at your appointment. If detangling is needed, a $50 fee will be added. • Recommended hair for quick weaves: • Empire • Pink Lemon • First Indi-Remy ⸻ Guests & Children • No extra guests allowed!!! Children are welcome (Must be 5 and up) ⸻ Late, No-Show & Cancellations • There’s a 10-minute grace period. After 10 minutes, a $25 late fee applies. After 15 minutes, the appointment may be canceled. • No call/no show appointments will be charged the remaining balance and will be banned from future bookings. • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before service will be charged 50% of the service cost. ⸻ Payments • Cash, credit or debit card • Zelle is accepted: 313-482-6191 • Afterpay & Klarna available as well. ⸻ Squeeze-In Appointments • Squeeze-in appointments are accepted and will include a $50 upcharge fee.
